Muted Swallow | module for Eureka

This is a detailed mystery module for the use with the ttrpg "Eureka: Investigative Urban Fantasy".

Setting: Vancouver (Canada), summer of 2025

The mystery's Hook:

The two best friends Emily and Madison are devastated when their third is found dead in her bathtub. Sally Jeong has committed suicide – at least that is what the police say, after a short and not at all thorough investigation. The two know that Sally wouldn’t have killed herself. And they know more: Sally was stalked and received threats from a scorned former lover, who might have actually murdered her in vengeful anger! Or maybe it goes further. After all Sally had some mysterious online job that paid quite well, but about which she could never talk…

The team of Investigators is hired by Emily and Madison to find out what really happened. White clouds pass over the bright Vancouver summer sky in this July of 2025, just as the hints of sinister entanglements cast shadows on the minds of the sleuths in the streets beneath.

The module includes descriptions of relevant locations, clues and the timeline of events, and details about NPCs, including their demeanor, what they know and portrait illustrations.
